Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Under ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

• Does not match its description.
• Is not fit for its intended purpose.
This applies to all items sold on our store unless the issue is due to misuse or failure to follow instructions.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you've changed your mind, you may request a return under the following conditions:
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
• Timeframe: Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Costs: Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
• We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. A refund will be issued once the return is approved and received.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is incorrect:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@blvory.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
• Resolution: Depending on the issue, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be covered by us. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or instructions for returning the item.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty:
• Sale or clearance items
• Perishable or custom-made items
• Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
• Items damaged through personal modifications (example: custom printing)
• Items damaged due to the failure of following care label instructions
How to Request a Return
1. Email us at info@blvory.com.au with:
• Your name and order number.
• Details of the issue or reason for return.
• Supporting evidence, such as photos (if applicable).
2. Our team will assess your request and provide instructions for the return process.
Processing Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
